Baby 1: The Immortal Kid

Baby 1
After partly mending my broken heart, I had decided to do the 100 baby challenge in honor of my daughter. But first, some waffles. I was starving!

After the delicious but somewhat burnt waffles, I decided to go to the hospital to get impregnated. It was the easier way, and yes it cost some money, but I didn’t want to go sleeping around. My heart isn’t ready for that step yet. :/
Whilst getting ready for leaving, I realized that I still needed to thank my sister Tanja for helping me, and tell her about her what I saw. I decided calling her was the best idea, and did it straight away.

It was finally time to go to the hospital!

The hospital was pretty empty but the doctors told me the donor’s sperm was in pretty good condition. I couldn’t wait to become pregnant and soon it was done and the impregnation was a success! Well, they said so at least but many complications could arise according to my sister and that made me so nervous!
When I got home the first thing I did was take a much needed nap.

Only to wake up to my sister calling me how it went!

I told her everything and the day later the signs of pregnancy started to show. Morning sickness aroused and I was in the first trimester.

Soon I was in maternity clothes and it wasn’t long before I was in second trimester too. My stomach started bulging out and by every little feeling I got I hoped it was a kick from the little boy or girl making home in my abdominal area.
It was soon time to do an ultra scan at the hospital to check the baby’s gender. You wouldn’t believe who I met at the hospital! It was my mother! Everything was fine, of course. She just visited because she liked helping out with the sick kids there. J

It was already late when the job was done and turns out a baby boy was on the way! I was slightly relieved because that meant he couldn’t look exactly like my deceased daughter.

Months passed and the baby kicked hard. I finished and sold the painting for some money. I still have quite a lot from my parents but I need to be able to make a living off of it.

I decided that it would be nice to see my family again and invited them over. Halfway through the ‘party’ I went into labour!

Welcome home, Tanek! Tanek means ‘immortal’ and was named after Tanja.
